Opis stanowiska:

Recruiter in our office in Rybnik.
This position involves sourcing new employees to work for our clients.
You will be responsible for creating attractive offers for employees, contacting potential candidates, and reporting your activities to your supervisor.

Obowiązki:

Creation of job descriptions according to guidelines.
Contacting potential employees, and answering their questions.
Reporting of activities to the human resources department.
Liaising with the human resources and marketing departments.
Care of projects entrusted.

Wymagania:

Fluency in Ukrainian and/or Russian to communicate freely. (also in writing)
Knowledge of the Polish language.
Commitment to the duties assigned.
Industriousness.
Possibility to start work immediately in the office in Rybnik, no possibility to work remotely.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to easily navigate social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok).
